Why we built it
Too often a customer is a ticket: answered with a script, then forgotten until the next problem. Yet a loyal customer is the most important thing a brand has.
So Cyrano gets to know each customer. It reads the message, looks up the customer and the order, decides what to do, does it, and writes back. It remembers each customer across every conversation, and gives each one the answer that is right for them and for the brand. When it is unsure, it hands the conversation to a person, with the whole story.
Your customers only ever see your brand’s name. The brand gets the praise, and Cyrano is the backbone behind it.
